The Ridgemont team was awarded this construction project by Bupa Health and worked closely with our client in the design and upgrade of this aged care facility in Mosman.

Construction works included the install of a new lift, including new concrete shaft construction, as well as complete refurbishment and alterations to several areas throughout the aged care facility.

A new awning roof was also constructed on the second floor and the Lobby was extended and enclosed to provide more internal space for the residents.

The successful completion of the upgrade to this quality aged care facility led to several more projects, as Ridgemont was highly recommended to other clients by the very satisfied manager of Amity Grand.
