Initial Consultation

Call and book a consultation with one of our Directors in our Bella Vista office or at your home to discuss your plans and ideas. If you already have plans drawn up, please bring them to our initial consultation. We can provide you with a detailed tender based on your plans and you can skip straight to Step 4.

Design & Architecture

If you have an idea of what you want but need help with the design, our design team will assist you in considering both the aesthetic and functional requirements of your home.

We listen to you, take in all of your ideas, and work with you to create the home of your dreams. Designed for you, your site, and to meet your budget, every home we build is completely unique.

We’ll talk you through the exciting options when it comes to layout, external facade, and internal fixtures and finishes. Once you’re happy with the design, we can move on to Step 3.

Tender Proposal

Once your plans are finalised, we can provide a detailed cost of construction based on these drawings. We will explain everything in fine detail and always aim to be as transparent as possible.

If and when you decide you are ready to move forward with construction, we can then sit with you and agree on a suitable date to commence construction, as well as a timeline outlining milestones and your expected finish date.

Construction

Experiencing the construction of your new home can be one of the most exciting things you do in your life.

Throughout the construction process, we make it a priority to maintain regular communication with you and schedule site meetings along the way.

We understand that this is YOUR new home and probably the most important investment you will ever make. We want to make the whole process as pleasant and as transparent as possible.

Moving In

Once construction is complete, we’ll ensure that all relevant documents, certificates and warranties are received and that you get the final Occupation Certificate to your brand new home.

We’ll arrange another site meeting and quality control walk with one of our Directors to determine if there are any concerns you might have.
