Ridgemont was recommended to a residential developer looking to build a 12 townhouse development in western Sydney.

We were employed not only to build, but to help assist with the whole DA process, including design, town planning and relevant certification. This was a complete Construction management project, from very early stages of design, right the way through to completion.

The entire build was completed well within the 12 month programme and well within the developer’s budget, leaving another very satisfied and long term client. This developer had no prior building experience and credits Ridgemont with making the whole process as enjoyable as possible.

We have since worked alongside this client as his trusted builder and advisor, even accompanying him to auctions to advise him in the feasibility of any new potential projects he might be considering.

As is often the case with our clients, our relationship is now just as much personal as it is professional.
